Cody, from Canadian Choice, helped us through the process of converting a utility building to residence - adding a double front entry door and a lot of window space. The advice and interaction was very professional and thorough. The updates from CC were timely and informative so the process went without any surprises. The install team was very good at what they do. We had an issue with one of the windows and CC sent a fixer right away and corrected the issue. The building was transformed from an eyesore to elegance.

A great experience overall. Our sales contact Joe was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk us through all of our options and helped us pick the best solution. We got an excellent deal and he guided us on our options to apply for the greener homes loan and financing. He made the process very easy and explained everything thoroughly. We were able to do all of our windows rather than the few that we had planned. They sent emails through to the process to keep us updated. I called in with a few questions. Everyone was very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Installation was done on time, very professionally by experienced installers. The salesperson was also present to check the quality of work. We are very satisfied with this project.

The subject house is a rental. Its old and crooked, not a straight wall within the place. The crew treated this house as they would for a high valued property. Theyre totally professional from Sales, Joe, to the crew.
One slight complaint is payment. If you pay by credit card, they charge the client the cost they would pay to visa.
