I hired Flavio for the second time as a sub-contractor during a renovation and, as before, he came through with excellent quality work at very reasonable prices. Even with a glitch thrown in the project because of a retailer messing up a delivery Flavio worked with me to reschedule the plumbing work. I don't call him "The Flavinator" for nothing!

Discovered at the last minute that we needed to get the toilet bend replaced, and our tiling contractor was due to finish our bathroom the next day. Called Flavio after getting a quote from one of the "bigger names", and he quoted me a much lower price. He came out in the evening and hit the ground running - we did the subfloor while he replaced the bend, and we got some excellent advice on a couple of other jobs. Great added value at a great price.

He was very thorough and ensured that we were satisfied with his work. Flavio found the most cost effective way to get the job done, rather than taking the easy route. He worked above and beyond the call of duty for us, including exchanging (on his own time) an item that we had bought by mistake. He got the job done in good time so we were without our shower for only one day. Flavio left everything in tip-top shape (no cleaning up for us!). On top of everything, he is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend him. We weren't able to renovate our whole bathroom at this time, but when we do, we will definitely call Flavio!

If you have to wait to get Flavio... do it, he's worth it! We were the victims of a bathroom gut renovation gone bad - the bathroom was finished & suddenly we had ticking sounds, knocking sounds and the occasional loud thunk coming from both the hot and cold water pipes. Things were so bad that we couldn't sleep in the adjacent bedroom and were camped out downstairs on an air mattress. Six weeks after the reno was finished, the wall in the bedroom was still down to allow access to the pipes, the contractor had walked off the job because he couldn't fix the problem and three plumbers had come and gone without success. That's not even mentioning the two other plumbers we spoke to over the phone who implied that it was an 'unfixable' problem. Flavio came in with a totally new approach and improved the situation in a big way. It was NOT an easy job, but he did it and worked on it until the situation was improved to such an extent that we're finally back in the bedroom! Bruno the drywaller and general handyman was terrific too (I can't say enough about them both - talk about a dynamic duo!) I would never call in anyone else, not only because of their skill but because, along with everything else, they were both personable, fun, perfectionists and incredibly hard workers! Kudos!

Flavio was a life saver. We had an emergency repair and he spent his long weekend repairing our plumbing problem and although it was more work than we expected and it took much longer than expected Flavio did not give up on us. Always with a smile and much patience, he finished the job and made sure it was done right. We were refered to him by one of our clients and we highly recommend him as he is a perfectionist in his field and really knows what he's doing. Thank you Flavio for your hard work! Our troubles....FLUSHED AWAY!
