Solved a bathroom odor problem

I had a sudden, unexplained odor problem in a guest bathroom. Flavio was a little hard to get hold of (I guess he is busy!) but came, diagnosed the problem (a faulty floor seal) and fixed it right, coming by again to ensure that it stayed fixed.
