Mark came to my place for furnace cleaning he is very professional and knowledgable technician. Even though it was promotional cleaning but he completed the job with all check up list. I really liked his behavious good Job.

Jospeh came at my place to provide furnace quotes he gave us lowest and fairest price. He was fast, they also cleaned up after installation and did a really good job. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Last night my air conditioner broken I found couple of companies on home stars when I call them they were charging me $100 just to come and find out what the problem really is. I myself have worked in HVAC industry so I also know a couple of things about A\C so I explained them everything on the phone to their support guy and I really appreciate the tech that he came with the same tools to fix that problem & he changed me very reasonable prices

Our Air Con' was 5 years old and was making torouble we had technician came out from Cambridge who really fixed the major isue with our Air Con' Rasheed were send out to diagnose the problem and next morning Mark came to complete the job he fixed the part and after 1 week observation i found no problem with the unit. Excelent service with reasonable charges

My hot water heater recently died and I decide to purchase a tankless model from Home Depot. Through their Home Services program, Home Depot connected me with Dan from Cambridge Heating. Dan came to my house provided me a same day quote. He was courteous and professional and his price was competitive. Seeing that we had no hot water, Dan arranged to have the new hot water heater installed the very next day. Peter came onsite and did the install. Like Dan, he was also very courteous and professional. He took the time to work with us to figure out the best spot to install the new tankless water heater. He even went the extra mile and put my old hot water tank in the garage.

We had a furnace installed and a new smart thermostat in December. The thermostat is an ecobee and of course controls the furnace and AC. The furnace worked fine. When it became warm in June we tried to turn on the AC and it would not come on. The ecobee online help said it looked like perhaps the thermostat was not wired properly. When we phoned to ask for service from Cambridge Heating and Cooling they implied that it was our fault because they had installed the thermostat in December and why were we only complaining now in June? We stated that it was the first time we were using the AC. For the past couple weeks we have been calling and emailing and they have not sent a technician to come and look at the problem. This all happened during a heat wave. They have still not made any effort to address our concerns. Do not use this company. I am surprised at all the high ratings for this company. If you check out Yelp you will get a better view of reality.

Sales person Joseph came to my house for the estimate for Lennox Air Con’. Price was reasonable and I signed up with him. Installation was done by next day. Workmen ship was great. Highly recommend Cambridge Heating & Cooling for such a good job.

I have lennox Air Con' which was having some issues so i then called this company and they came very quick and diagnose the problem i like the attitude of technician he was kind and also was knowledgeable. My first experince is so far good with them. Thanks

Called this morning and had a technician in my home within 2 hours. Peter was knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. This was without a doubt the easiest experience I have ever had with a service tech. strongly recommend Cambridge Heating &Cooling and Peter should be commended for his work.
