I was in Australia for 1 year and needed a company to look after my lawn, gardens and hedges. Communication was excellent throughout the year, service was fantastic and my neighbours had wonderful things to say about all of the work that was done. I even got photos! As a Strata Manager, I have used Bur-Han at several of my properties. They have always been prompt at responding to my request for quotes, question enquiries as well as providing good service for my clients. I like receiving the weekly reports so I know what actions have been completed at my job sites so I can properly address owner enquiries.

We requested Bur-Han to give us a fall package on our front and back yards last fall. Our back yard was brand new and required more special care. This spring, the front yard looks wonderful. The back yard, however, has encountered some problems. I sent the pictures to Bur-Han to let them know the current condition of the back yard and asked if there is anything we can do to restore the back yard. Chris came to and checked the condition and gave us his recommendations. Bur-Han sent its crew a few times to our house to remedy the condition and did not charge us for all the services provided. The back yard has improved substantially. We are pleased with the progress. We offered to pay but Frances at Bur-Han informed us that those services are free. She wants to ensure that we are pleased with the services. My husband and I do not believe that Bur-Han or any company could have rendered better services to us. We are very pleased with Bur-Han and will continue to subscribe to its services. We recommend Bur-Han to all the people in BC.

We have used Bur-Han's services for five years and are very pleased with their service and quality. We began with their fertilizer, moss control and aeration package, and have added to that over the years so that it now includes lawn mowing and edging. Prior to each visit they call to let us know someone will be by our place, and then after the work is done they leave a small card to remind us what was done and who the worker was. Calls to the office are always dealt with promptly and courteously. We highly recommend Bur-Han's service.
