The Budget & Save Painters group were a dream! They were also local, which was a factor with our final decision, and they came by right away and did a thorough inspection to give us a quote and did not just drive by like some other places that I called. Kerry and the designer came back out a second time to discuss the quote in detail, and when I had questions they answered them without up selling and worked with our tight budget. The young female, Tabatha, in the customer service was awesome, she was always right on top of things getting me the proper information and insurance documents requested. The effort everyone made to get us the best price and variety for our dollar was exceptional. We really felt like a customer that they cared about. We would be thrilled to recommend them highly! We recently purchased an older home and contacted Kerry to do a small partial paint and colour consultation. Kerry promptly responded to our email and set up an appointment to visit the house to see the required work. He was extremely helpful in the decision-making process, both with colour choices and quality/finishes of paints. Kerry was also very enthusiastic about his work and the results show it! Kerry from Budget and Save painting is a hands on type of painter. He provided great coordination in designer colors and worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the choices of accent pattern. The feature living room wall worked out well with our colour choice and Kerry went out of his way to match the 3 other walls. We are very happy using Kerry.

I would be more than pleased to express my experience with this painting & design contracting company, Budget & Save Painters. We were in a tight spot to get someone over right away to assist us in design themes to go with our fabrics in our new condo and painting ideas to go along with it as well. I called around and everyone seemed booked up and not interested. Budget & Save Painters customer service helped us out, expressing concern, and were willing to send someone over right away on short notice. I found it somewhat frustrating trying to get information from a painting & design contractor over the telephone with regards to colour designing. Budget & Save Painters and Colour Consultation was very helpful and easy to set down an appointment with. They arrived on the date and time that they said they would and were very organized with booklets and really taking me through the colours to pick out. They coordinated their appointment with our renovator, and we were mostly impressed with the customer service department following up with us, and making sure we were happy with everything. Budget & Save Painters and Colour Design – very pleasant to deal with - Kerry is very knowledgeable and professional. Kerry spent the time to sit down with us to do a color consultation. It can be difficult to pick paint colors from a paint chip but Kerry made the process very easy. He also provided a great selection of color choices and swatches and we picked a color theme in no time. The overall service was excellent! The customer service department was excellent! They also were great in doing some small repairs. The color consultant teams were great in picking the right colors for each room, something we had been struggling with. Budget & Save Painters and Colour Design did a terrific job painting our home! They are extremely professional and went out of their way to accommodate us over the weekends. The Colour Design consultation was very helpful, and we were impressed with the wide selection of designs to choose from. They ended up painting a number of rooms & halls for us and they came out terrific. They also helped me with a couple extra things that weren't in the job description.
