Kitchen Fridge leaking into basement caused water damage through a ruptured plastic tube leading from the sink to the fridge. Brother came and replaced the tube with a copper tube, solving the leak but left garbage and dirt from shoes on the floor.

Thank you for your review. Happy that we fixed the problem, but there could have been a better job done on clean-up. We stress to our servicemen to clean up after themselves, so we will look into what went wrong.
