bedroom set & dining table delivery
- Ordered table and bedroom set from the Brick
-Paid for warranty and down deposit for both
- received table shortly after purchase 2 chairs were scratched and wobbly.
-called several times to the warranty department- first time the woman on the phone said she would give us 50 dollar credit . then 100 dollar credit and THEN finally said she would replace the chairs for free.
- Wasn't contacted for several days about the pickup/delivery for the chairs (booked off time so I could be home when they dropped them off)
- They didn't show up - when I phoned them to inquire they told me the delivery date was moved and that it would be another few days until I could get the chairs.
- chairs showed up and that mess was over.
BUT THEN...
- the bedroom set was supposed to come in today (07-08-2015)
-no confirmation call yesterday or today so we called and they said the furniture would not come in until the 18th....
THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK AGAIN.
tl;dr : The brick is unprofessional, wait time is too long, service is shotty and overpriced furniture is handled terribly. Never again.
