Brick The

Everytime you go into the brick they follow you around the whole store. Even when asked to be left alone, now someone else is learking over your shoulder. So I want to look and try out the furniture first. I just hate that. Stephanie

When I was shopping for a sofa bed recently, I had very specific requirements that I outlined clearly to the salesperson. She proceded to show me every type of sofa except one that fit my requirements. I would have held her and her firm in a mch higher esteem if she had merely said "Sorry, we have nothing to fit your requirements". As a result, I will never purchase ANYTHING there!!! (PS..this was at the Dundas St. store in Mississauga...not available on your list)

I was looking for living room furniture that was comfortable for relaxing yet durable for everyday use and still had design appeal. The Brick had a great selection and the customer service representatives were very helpful in assisting me with my choices. I have very happy with my purhase and would recommend them.

The sofa was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. We are very happy to have bought this sofa at the Brick. The customer service was fast and efficient and we were very pleased with the speed with which they processed our order.

I was looking at washer/dryers and I was asked by 3 different sales people following me around asking me "Can I help you?" I was just looking and didn't need help. They were still following me around and asking every five minutes.

I was two steps in the store when two associated approched me. When I told them what I needed one just turned and walked off the other took me to the stove area and ended-up trying to force me into a sale.

after an hour and a half from talking to the sales person, and agreeing to a price, the manager indicated that the product is out of stock, there could be more to this sotry than this, i think it is the fact that teh sales person promissed a price that the manager can't agree on

We went in looking for some ideas for a bedroom set for our daughter. The sales man was very helpful and friendly. We got to the kids section and our daughter fell in love with a Barbie set. The salesman worked with us to get the price down and gave us a great deal on the mattress...

We will shop here again.

My husband and I made a purchase of Kitchen appliances (fridge, stove and dishwasher)at The Brick. When they were delivered to our house our hardwood floor was damaged by the delivery guys. It's been over three months and still trying to get our floors fixed. A complete moving nightmare.

My husband and I wanted to redo our bedroom and finally get some good furniture that matches! I was skeptical about using big box stores and spent a lot of time searching specialty stores that cost a mint. On a whim, we went to The Brick and were extremely surprised to find TWO bedroom sets that were unique and of much better quality (and price!) than we expected. We'll be getting our dream set much sooner than we expected since it was $4,000 less than the set we chose at a specialty store.
