We are more than pleased with our beautiful kitchen because of the skills and talents of Bill Wallace of Bravehart Building. The kitchen in our 1920's era home required a complete renovation. Bravehart had previously done a flawless job of renovating our main bathroom. Bill's team removed the old kitchen including the walls,floor,ceiling,wiring, plumbing and hot water radiator. The Bravehart team was mindful of keeping everything as clean and tidy as possible. Bill is onsite each and every day and efficiently deals with the unexpected, hidden problems that reveal themselves in old houses. Bill was able to reconfigure the hot water heating, add gas lines, relocate and install new plumbing for the sinks, completely re wire, move doorways that required seamless patching of plaster, install a tin ceiling, hardwood flooring and perfect tile work, and remove a window and cleverly conceal the exterior opening. All of the members of the Bravehart team are hard working and respectful. Bill remained true to his original quote and timeline. We look forward to having Bravehart Building handle all of our future renovations.

This is the third time we have used Bravehart for a renovation/addittion. The design advice we got from Bill was excellent. Fair price, good value, on time, as quoted, no surprises. 5 out of 5 !!!!!

We moved into our new house and called Bravehart immediately. They provided Design/Build on our last house and we loved it!
Laura is helping with design of our main floor; wall colours, furniture, accents, storage. Bill is taking care of a full basement renovation for my daycare business.
They have also created plans for a future major renovation where we will take our single story house and add a bedroom/bathroom level on top, for our growing family.
We will be applying for permit for a future build with Bravehart. Can't say enough good things about their ability to make a home more functional, beautiful and their organized approach to Design/Build.

When it was finally time to renovate our tired 3 piece master bathroom, I knew Bravehart Building was the company to call. Bill & Laura had previously transformed our kitchen in 2010 so we welcomed them back into our home to do their magic once again. Laura guided us through fixture & finish choices, layout & ergonomic decisions and safety features we will appreciate as we age. The result is stunning (custom vanity, tile combinations, stone countertop)
and practical (insulation, new window & fan, heated floor, shower bench & grab bar). We were once again delighted with Bravehart's integrity and dedication to client satisfaction.

Bill has been really helpful throughout our home buying process. He came out to a few prospective houses and helped us come up with an estimated cost of the things that we wanted to do. When we finally purchased a home and started on our first project, we gave him a call. We were opening up the wall between our dining room and kitchen. He moved the necessary ductwork and piping out of the way and then installed a beautiful exposed wood beam and matching counter top. We're very pleased with the work!

We recommend Bravehart Design phase 1 for those who want their renovation to be more than just moving a wall or two or selecting finishes. Laura Pollard challenged us to think about the composition of our space in its entirety and suggested innovative design options. While our budget limited the extent to which we could follow those recommendations, those suggestions prompted us to rethink our initial scope of work. It was a productive exchange. Having Bill Wallace contribute regarding the feasibility and labour involved in certain design options also helped tremendously with this design process. Together Laura and Bill make a great team. Thank you both!

Work was always done on time at a very high standard of quality. Being the owner of an old home many things requiring repair were found during constuction. When problems were found Laura and Bill were always very innovative in finding multiple solutions that would suit our tastes and budget.

Laura and Bill were always available whenever we had questions or concerns and were extremely vigilant in keeping us up to date on all work being done while we were not at home.

Overall, the quality of the work was outstanding and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

We hired Bill at Bravehart Building to gut and completely redo our main bathroom in our traditional home. He and his men did an excellent job on all details involved, including tiling, trim, plumbing, and electrical. We are hiring Bravehart again to undertake our kitchen renovation. We can recommend them without hesitation.

Bill Wallace and Laura Pollard of Bravehart Building were an enormous help to me in both the design and execution of renovations in two suites of a large triplex that I own in Central Toronto. The renovations involved kitchens, bathrooms, wiring, structural work, flooring etc. Laura was extremely creative with space planning and Bill oversaw his trades in a way that resulted in an end result that not only met but exceeded my expectations.
