Dear Padam,
I would like to let you know how satisfied I am with the installation of my new kitchen cabinets and countertop from Brampton Kitchen.

The only person I really communicated with was Bhola. I highly recommend him, he was punctual, did what he said, always found the time for me when I came into the showroom with questions, spent extra time with me to have the production staff custom mix a stain that was exactly to my liking. He understood my very particular requests when dealing with the corner cabinets and produced exactly what I asked for. Bhola is a no excuses, matter of fact kind of man, easy to work with, and a very
good listener.

The installation happened on the day we arranged 6 weeks earlier, in fact Brampton Kitchen actually asked if they could install it early; I, unfortunately, wasn't ready.
The installation went well, and everything fit like a glove. It was 99% complete in one day. The two gentlemen that installed it were very courteous and respectful.

Roughly 9 days later, LuxFancy installed the granite countertop that I chose.

Their staff too, did a fine job for Brampton Kitchen. I am totally in love with the countertop! It's gorgeous!

If I could offer any criticism, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication when dealing with the office staff, with regard to payment schedule and in the
commencement and choosing of the granite slab for my counters.

We got our Kitchen done from Brampton Kitchen and Cabinets in 2003. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They redesigned our entire kitchen and gave it a whole new look. We were extremely happy with the reasonable price and quick installation. Their installers were very professional; they completed their job in time leaving no mess behind. Also we would like to add that they have a very good after sales service. Our Kitchen still looks great and has been very durable.

Our kitchen cabinets and counter top were done by Brampton Kitchen in 2012.
Excellent quality and the workmanship was very neat and clean.

Delivered without delay and fixed everything very neatly on time.
