Replaced all carpeting on the 1st and 2nd floors with 4" Jatoba hardwood. Great service from Brampton Hardwood. Flexible pickup. Hardwood looks great. Contractor couldn't believe how many long pieces. Minimal waste. (.5%) Vandana was great. Warehouse people friendly.

Decent quality flooring products, with decent sale pricing. They hold workshops to demo installation. Most of the Staff is helpful. Special order section staff (for stairs refacing materials) was helpfulReturn policy is not great- high % restocking fee.

We work very hard on ensuring that we sell the highest quality flooring products at the best prices, and ensuring that our staff is courteous, professional and helpful. The restocking fee is our policy on cancelled orders, and is clearly posted throughout our store and on our invoice. It is unfortunately required to cover our administrative and employee expenses for receiving, repacking and restocking the products. However, As our sales staff explained, we always strive to keep our customers happy and would be pleased to apply the restocking charge to other product purchased from us.

We love our new floor and the installers did an excellent job with very little waste. There finishing work was perfect. John Nika gave great advice and followed through with the project.

We were initially impressed with Brampton as they have a beautiful showroom with great product. Our disappointment started when they shipped the wrong wood to our house. They eventually fixed this issue but gave us a tough time returning the surplus boxes. Nice wood at a fair price but be ready for challenges with customer service.
