We had a sink that was falling off the wall. Belyea examined the sink and found that it was not mounted on the proper brackets. They provided a temporary fix then replaced the entire unit and we have had no problems since. We had to be patient but the service & product was good and the price was fair.

We contracted with Belyea Bros. Ltd. to repair our stone work at the front of the house and re-cement portions of the porch. We had difficulty previously finding someone to do the work. Belyea Bros. Ltd. did a great job on the contract. They came in on time, cleaned up each day, and on budget. I would use them again for any construction around the house. They responded promptly to any concerns and the manger of renovations checked in regularly with us. A very easy renovation for us with their help. At another time, they replaced our air conditioner. Once again, great price and they made it easy for us.

David Boyle of Belyea Bros was extremely professional, showed up on time (rare today) listened to our ideas & laid out a clear plan. Workmanship of plumping and tile work was exceptionally high quality. Work site was always left clean. Follow-up visit to review workmanship demonstrates belief in the quality of the work.

The whole process from the quotation to installation was fantastic. The installation team were reliable, professional, and very hard working Originally they said the job would take at least two full days and but in the end they were able to get more people on the job and finished in one day.

Belyea Bros was contracted to renovate our basement bathroom. We are delighted with the outcome and the company was a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up when they said they would. The work was done to a high quality. When the crew hit an issue, they didn't hesitate to contact us and confer on options. Too, some follow up work was required due to some parts not being available - Belyea showed up to complete the job as they had promised. We'll use them again.

Belyea was very thorough in their analysis of the needs of our house - a very old house that likely was going to face AC issues getting to all floors. We asked many many questions through the quoting process, and they provided many answers that included saving us money. In the end the cold air made it all the way to the third floor, and the new furnace works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially in the older parts of Toronto.

My bathroom project was on time and on budget, and I am delighted with the results - thanks to a great team. Belyea Brothers was very good throughout the initial inquiry and quoting process and excellent druing the renovation process.

A leak in our roof caused serious mold issues in our attic. We had all the mold removed but this left us with a substantial area in our home without a ceiling. We had a few companies come in and quote on the project and decided to hire Belyea Bros for the work. Their quote was neither the cheapest, or most expensive, but after meeting and talking with their renovation manager during the quoting process, we had a greater sense of confidence that by choosing Belyea Bros, the job was going to get done right.

We were pleased with the two gentleman that showed up to do the work. They were friendly yet professional and showed a high level of respect for our home. Anyone who has done drywall work before knows that it's incredibly messy work. We were very happy with the final results and upon completion of the work, our home was left spotless.

We have since hired them again to do some painting in our home and we will continue to endorse them to friends and family looking for a reliable home renovation company that does outstanding work.

We have no hesitation in recommending Belyea Brothers to anyone contemplating a renovation. They were friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. David Boyle, the project manager, in particular was always on the job, very co-operative and efficient, always within reach, responding promptly to our calls. We could rely on him totally. Unlike some contractors who keep many jobs on the go at once, starting new work for you but then leaving for weeks to attend to someone else, Belyea Brothers had men on the site every day, the only exceptions being no fault of thiers. Stephen Ksiazek was always cheerful, resourceful and amenable, ready with suggestions when asked for improvements and skillful at finding solutions to unanticipated problems in an older house. (1913) It is important to go over the blueprints and architects' drawings very closely and to check with the contractor thoroughly before any work starts, then check daily to be sure the plans are being followed. We did not do due diligence initially which resulted in some delays. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and would be happy to engage David Boyle and Belyea Brothers again.
