“Leather” couch is peeling- poor customer service

I purchased a leather couch a love seat 5 years ago. 2 wks ago only 5 weeks after the warranty ended. I called and spoke with the manager at the store. I wasnt asking for a new couch, I was only asking for them to have someone repair the one section because I knew they wouldnt replace it because the warranty is over. I was told theres nothing they can do. Which then can for customer satisfaction. I thought Nobody is better then Bad Boy! Clearly I was sold a couch that is not leather seating. I specifically asked if the set was leather and told it was except for the back which is leather match. We condition our leather furniture and this is not a crack from dry leather. Leather furniture should last 10 to 20 years if taken care of. Its only been 5 years. It should not be peeling or coming off. NOT real leather.
I called head office and spoke with someone and she hung up when I asked to speak with loyalty department or manager. Said no one was available.
So now I have a couch that I was told was leather thats clearly not !
Ive purchased appliances, lots of furniture over the 20 years. I will NOT be recommending Bad Boy!

You never get your order, hold you money and waste time, Totally CHATERS

I purchased a sectional sofa back in October 2021. It was promised to be delivered by December 2021. Contacted in early January and since then the delivery was pushed back by 1 month every time I called customer service. Finally after some argument in May they canceled the order without my consent and didn't refund the amount. I agents behave rudely and hang up when ask for a refund. Talked with the agent named Jermaine and the manager Nadina and both refused any compensation. I later heard they do this practice with other customers as well. It is actually their policy to hold money from customers and do some other business. I really wonder how they still doing business.

Purchase and delivery

Part of a builder package of purchased items. 4 weeks after moving into property still with no fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Customer service is trash. Good luck getting a hold of anyone via phone. Emails to builder division manager are responded to after couple days asking for information already provided.

Bate and Switch: Bought dining table set with 4 chairs online delivery issues - order # 100614400

I was shopping for a dining table set with 4 chairs on Google and found this set on sale at Lastman's Bad Boy on April 26, 2022. Delivery was scheduled on Saturday morning April 30, 2022. It came in two boxes. When I opened it later in the morning. I found the chairs are missing. I called the driver, but it goes to his voice mail. And did not call me back. I wrote to the customer service or delivery service. And they called me back the on Wednesday? And they told me the chairs that come with the table are discontinued. They told me to go to the store and pick the chairs closest to the wood grain and color, and the store will give it to me to take away if they have in stock or have them delivered to my home. We drove to the Bad Store in North York (Finch/Keele). I explained to customer service or sales desk that I came to re-select the chairs. She called over the sales rep to help me select the chairs that I think is similar to dining table set with chairs that I ordered. But the store manager (Mahmoud?) told me that they cannot separate the chairs from the dining table set, and give me the chairs. And he can only offer me $220 store credit for the discontinued chairs. And I have to pay the difference for the chairs if they are available as standalone chairs. He told me to go a different Bad Boy store to see if they have standalone chairs available. I told them I do not want to pay the difference for the 4 chairs. I drove to the Scarborough Bad Boy store (Kennedy and Lawrence), they looked up my order, and told me that I was at their North York Store, I told them what happened there, and see what is available in the Scarborough store. Suganiya was helpful and understand that the chairs I select will not match exactly to the dining table color and wood grain. So she suggest that she escalate this to the online business manager. And that online business manager would reach out to me Monday or Tuesday. I heard nothing from Bad Boy, so I called Suganiya and told her that the manager did not call. And she told me that the manager had left her a message to tell me to take the dining table back to the store and re-select another dining table set with chairs. And pay the difference. Or cancel the order, and they come pick up the table. I told her that this is not acceptable. I bought this for my wife just in time for the Mother's day. And this is what she like. Suganiya understand and she will escalate to business manager, and assured me that I will get a call from the business manager. Today is Friday May 13th, and still no call from Bad Boy yet.

You may never get your appliances. Check the BBB "F" rating.

Ordered fridge and stove because they said they were "IN STOCK". Other retailers said it would take weeks. Bad Boy's IN STOCK apparently means they might send it 2 months after you order it. Customer service won't respond to requests and they will tell you nowhere when you might expect your product. Horrible appliance retailer- worst by a country mile. Shop elsewhere. At least they tell you when the product can be expected- Bad Boy never will.

Worst Customer Service - Do Not Buy Here

Ordered a dishwasher on Jan 2nd. 4 months later and I have still not received it. They have charged me for it. Have never received any type of update from Bad Boy. Impossible to reach customer service. If you do manage to reach a live person they "will have someone call you back" is their standard response. Don't count on it. If they don't have the answer to your question they won't hesitate to hang up on you. Good luck getting your money back. Can't say strongly enough to shop elsewhere.

Ordered a TV

Never order from BadBoy. Worst customer service ever. I ordered an expensive TV. It wasn't shipping. I was wondering what was going on so I called. They said it would take 5 weeks. I told them to cancel the TV as I wasn't going to wait that long. They said they would.

After about 2 months, and about dozens of phone calls to them and to their management team, I finally was able to get a refund. Biggest pain I've ever experienced trying to cancel an order. Unbelievable.

How you're still in business is beyond me.

TV purchase for a TV that was discontinued

I bought a TV online through Lastmans Bad Boy to find out 3 days later it was discontinued and not even available for purchase....BUT yet they charged my credit card anyways. So now I had to call and request a refund for an item that didn't even exist. I was told 7-10 business days for a refund. It has been 15 business days and 3 phone calls and still no refund. When you call customer service they are not authorized to transfer you to their manager or financial department. They say it could be my credit card which is a load of crap! They have taken my money and not giving it back. I can't believe the hassle this has been. I will never buy from Lastmans ever again in my life....no matter how good the deal is. I will also be trying to tell everyone about my experience. Buyer beware!

Silhouette Undercounter Beverage Center

After installing the fridge under our basement bar, I noticed a small dent and crease in the door. I called Bad Boy customer service and the lady asks me if it's been plugged in. I said yes and she said it's now considered used and I can't return it. Huh???? After several emails and phone calls they offered me a $125 store credit. Won't be using the credit because I will never buy from there again.

Worst customer service

Ordered products online which the website claimed they had availability. After few weeks ended up getting the the products elsewhere since Bad Boys Furniture didn't update/respond to the status of the order. Now it has been 4 months still haven't received my refund. Called multiple times the agent says someone will get back to me but still no answer
