How this company even has ONE facebook like is BEYOND ME. Do yourself a favor and stay away, FAR FAR away from this place. Not only will they take your money and give you OLD, CRAPPY, DAMAGED products *if you are lucky* they will take MONTHS, MONTHS to send you the wrong, broken furniture. Save your time! SAVE YOUR ENERGY!!! Don't fall for their BS, these people do not know how to run a business. STAY AWAY!!! WHO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BODY!!!!!!

Bad Boy furniture

"BAD BOY" furniture, what a joke. To make a never ending story short I purchased a bed set JAN 18 and as I was assembling the bed I noticed missing pieces. It's FEB 11 and still no pieces and the bed is incomplete. Also the quality of the dresser was crap. I am fustrated and a bed is a essential piece of furniture and they don't seem to understand that. I ask for my money back and they say; "noooooooooooo REFUNDS!"

Couch

Bought a leather sectional and within 18 months the couch looks like it's 50 years old. Poorest quality product I have ever purchased and Bad Boys couldn't care Less!! Don't throw your money away. Worst experience with a company in my life. Your commercials about service and quality are a joke!!

sectional sofa, bonded leather

I would not recommend buying from Bad Boy as it has a very unprofessional sales staff. I asked the salesperson "Betty" who was helping me what "bonded" leather was. She had a vague answer of it being "synthetic mixed with leather". I paid for the sofa and was going to go back and pay for the chair the next day. I googled "bonded" leather when I got home and found out it is VINYL (plastic) mixed with leather scraps. It does not stretch and therefore will split and tear at the seams and on the seats and backs. Manufacturers recommended only buying it if the furniture is going to be "infrequently" used or to make sure the seats and back are made from real leather that will stretch. When I told Bad Boy this, they were very rude and kept telling me "don't believe everything you read on the internet". I told them I did not want the chair because it would be FREQUENTLY used, because I had already paid for the sectional, I went along with accepting it. I had to ask for the delivery charge to be at least waived because I was an unhappy customer. Nothing was offered in the way of compensating me for my being unhappy about the whole deal, I had to ask them to at least waive the delivery charge. I would never buy anything else there again. I would also recommend that their salespeople get some professional customer service training. I am still unhappy with my purchase of a "bonded" (plastic) leather sofa. I am considering writing to Mel Lastman and associates.

Gas clothes dryer

I did an online search, they had the best price. Their website had listed the price wrong. They honoured the price, no issues. Good buyer experience. Would buy again from this store.

Mattress set

Stay away who's customer service is worse NOOOOOBODY! I purchased the furniture and arranged delivery and to remove the old set in two weeks depending on availability they would call the night before and on the day. No call Friday, no call Saturday so expected i'd get it next weekend. Then 8:30 Sunday morning a call from the driver wakes me up they'll be there in 15 minutes! 15 minutes to get out of bed break down my bed put it in bags and clean up. The drivers were embarrased. The Burlington store manager didnt give a crap and his attitude was i got the bed on the right weekend so whats the problem!

side by side kitchen aid fridge

Ice dispenser is no longer working. Whirlpool came to fix . Needed different part after 1st one replaced. They no longer mfg part whirlpool notified BadBoy.. Bad boy was called No response to call for service.

Service

Purchased a 3 PC Frigidaire home appliance at the finch store located in Toronto in 2010. I also purchased Bad Boys Solid Gold 5 YR warranty for an additional fee. Had no problems with any of the appliances, until now. My fridge/freezer is not keeping a cool and cold temperature. I called the Solid Gold warranty on Dec 16th -2013 and told me that a service technician from Home appliance repair will contact me. I did mention that this is a fridge and my food will spoil. A service technician from HAR did call me on Dec 18th in the morning for a service windows of 2 hrs. The service technician showed 45 minutes late. After looking at it he told me that the coil is clogged and they would need to order a new one. Keep in mind this is a fridge/freezer which was noted that this is rush because Christmas is 8 days away, and I need to feed my family. I called the next day on Dec 19th as instructed by the service technician at HAR to see if the part would be in and Rachel at HAR told me that they are awaiting for approval from Bad Boy. So I called Bad Boy to see what is the status, waited 20 mins TWICE to speak to someone in the service department. They told me the account manager Rachel is not in and cannot provide me with an answer. In the meantime my food is spoiling, I can't feed my family and we had to resort to take out. I was notified via email that the part has been approved on the Dec 23rd! Yes people the day before Christmas! The warranty was paid in full, 3 years ago and I am awaiting for an APPROVAL! I waited 8 days for an approval! Since then all my food has spoiled and my wife and I are spending a fortune on take out food for our family. The Service Rep at Bad Boy offered me a $50 gift certificate to spend at BAD BOY. How insulting and rude. I can't believe what this world has come too. You can't find a honest business that still cares about there customers. As of Jan 2-2014 My fridge is still out of order and BAD BOY AND HAR have not claimed responsibility. I will posting this all over the net and if not compensation is offered I will be filing a legal small claims case.

SOFA BED

I read all the reviews on here after I purchased my sofa bed from Bad Boy and was a bit nervous when my order was delayed by 1 day (I knew when I had purchased it that they were not in stock). However, I did have a good experience as they did deliver the sofa bed as promised on that day. It was packaged nicely to prevent damage during transport and it was exactly what I had ordered.

So in my experience it was great.

I gave the company 5 out of 5 for service but I would not recommend it to friends because I do not think most of my friends would like the furniture they sell in their. Its a bit tacky haha

Sofa,love seat and chair

In febuary I had boughten a sofa,love seat and chair set from bad boys furniture, only for a few months later to see that it seem'd like the sofa and love seat we're cracking..like it was dried up. We barely use the set ,it's set up in the front room for when we have guests over..so we did not make the damages.
Not only is the quality of furniture poor , so is the service. They refused to send a new set, refused to let me choose out a different set , they insisted they repair it.
It's been about a month and a half now and I still haven't gotten my furniture back. The phone rep's don't know what their doing .. And there's never a REAL logical explanation why I haven't revived my furniture back yet.
Also when ever I call to try to talk to someone it takes about 30 mins before anyone answers and they're usually very rude !
