Samsung WA50F9A6D

Bought the Samsung Top Load washing machine and dryer. The washing machine was delivered with a broken latch of the lid and the machine did not work as the lid won't close. Contacted Bad Boy, that I strongly wish to return this product. Bad Boy took no responsibility as I was told that it is now Manufacturer's issue, in this case, Samsung. Samsung has only one contractor and the technician only works M-F from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. These are the working hours of my family as well too! Took a day off from work only to find out that the technician did not have the part and will have to order it am which will take a day. I on the other hand have no choice but to take another day off from work to make sure that their broken equipment is fixed only because it is in my house now. Buyers beware, Bad Boy did not deliver their promise as I wS told that they do no returns or refunds, inspire the fact they delivered a broken piece at my door front!!!!

home decoration

There is some sort of communication problems between manufacturer and the store. We made a small purchase on a home decor. its been over 4 months and it still has not arrived at the store. We called countless times and they would always tell us it would arrive next week. They finally told us that they cannot deliver it and that was it. We try receiving our money back and they need approval from head office. head office still has not replied back. we call to further inquire and we find out we may not get our money back because it was final sale.
We ask for our merchandise, and they tell us they cant give it to us after we've already paid!! Then they tell us we might not be able to get our money back!!? this is still on going and it is so time consuming and stressful. Never again. I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends to never step foot in this company.
PS: they keep changing their story up about the item. they told us there was an email claiming it would come in the beginning of the month. they're extremely reluctant to give back your money so they'll continue to change their story and hold things off. All we want is what we paid for. They've also tried to get us to buy another home decor item in place of the first one. This is extremely frustrating, we want what we paid for or we want our money back and bad boy refuses to do either.

Furniture Nightmare!

Where to start.... The new Whitby location is a joke. There we're 20 sales people and 1 warehouse worker. I had to make multiple trips to the location for pickup. Both times I went to the customer service desk to deal with paperwork and they sent me around the back of the store where both times I had a 20+ minute wait for a worker to open of the door to load my merchandise.
After my purchase I realized the box spring would not fit into my home, (now they explain there are no refunds), So to try and make the best of a bad situation I decided just to exchange it and be done with it. The option I had was to get a "split" box spring. At first I was told over then phone to bring in the old box spring for a straight exchange, but it was close to closing so I would have to wait. I called the next day to confirm everything that was discussed the previous day and I was now quoted $100 more. After arguing over the phone, the sales manager said that If i didnt have the sales persons name that gave me the quote I was out of luck. I decided to just bite the bullet because I need the box spring. Now im ready to go to the store for the exchange and When I get there im quoted $200 more than the original offer and told that the price I was given over the phone was wrong. I decided to return the box spring for store credit and they gave me $18 less than what i paied for it. They said it was because of a package price with the mattress. I ended up using the store credit to purchase a tablet because I know they dont make any profit on those small electronic items. The staff at the Whitby location are crooks. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT BADBOY WHITBY.

2 bedroom sets dining table

Bought the complete house furniture from Brampton location, store manager promised to deliver in a week. But it took 5 weeks to delivered the furniture , every week one set. I called so many times , they transferred my calls here and there all the time. Customer service suck, too many promises sales team made, after they got my money, totally forgot about my stuff. Every time I call another promise.

I suggest everyone don't go there spend ur money wisely dont stuck there. They are so fake.

Quality suck ...china made ..seriously guys don't trust their stuff and customer service.

complete home reno

Bad Boy has to be the WORSE! Quality is a ridiculous and customer service is great when you are buying but not so great when there are issues.
We did a complete home re-model and spent approx. $18,000 in new furniture and built in appliances.
From scratches to chunks missing in our furniture, this has been the BIGGEST joke!
Purchased in November and now April, I am still dealing with poor customer service from the sales rep in the Barrie location who was was quick to take my money, the store manager who runs and hides and returns your call if you are lucky, to the General Manager who is full of false promises!

I am done! Next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will be making a call to the media....I have been patient for 5 months and I can assure you that I have deterred 3 families in the past month from shopping there for their appliances and dining room furniture and will continue to do so!

Customer service is all about repeat business.....perhaps you wouldn't have to spend so much on advertising if your customers were happy and doing the advertising for you!

Mattress

I bought a mattress on March 8th, after I brought it home and unpacked it I found the stitches that are holding the cushion together are either falling off or not there at all. I called customer service and I was told to make pictures and email the pictures to them. Its March 29, and after several calls to customer service, still nothing has happened. I don't know how long I'm going to have to wait and why its possible and acceptable to sell a defective and poor quality product. I have no money back and received poor customer service. If you want to waste your money and your time go to Bad Boy.

Dishwasher

Purchased extended warrany for my dishwasher..called 21/2 weeks ago to set appt...I was told i'd get a call in the am to let me know when they'd show up...when they didn't call I left 3 messages on machine as they don't answer the phone...I finally cancelled the appt as by 2:00 i'd heard nothing...then of course they didn't call back and the tech showed at 430 after i'd gone..took them 5 days to come back..he said he needed spinner arm parts and might be back in 2 days..that was 8 days ago...ive left messages on the machine I always get and sent emails to badboy to reftify...finally someone from the repair shop called me yest. and said yes the parts are ordered but they needed authorization from badboy first due to it being and extended warranty..then I asked her about the timer issue and she said she had no notes or parts ordered for that...so im still waiting to get the spinner arms repaired and then they'll still have to now figure out why the timer wasn't looked at...2/12 weeks and still not repaired and horrible cust service at the repair shop badboy in Burlington uses

Mattress

I bought the most expensive mattress in Bad Boy last fall 2013, a Bassett Cavalli. I now have a worn out spot/tear on the bottom. After 3 calls to customer service, I finally did have a tech rep out today. He took pics and said it is unrepairable. I did by the Solid Gold warranty, called Sleeptrust for mattresses. I asked the tech rep what happens now. He said it is up to head office and the manufacturer what they want to do. Based on all the things I have read, I am very nervous if this will be handled well! Stay tuned!

UPDATE: Bad Boy did call back and approved by return of my $1500 mattress due to the tear. Went into my local store, picked out a new mattress this past Saturday and it was delivered the following day while taking away my old mattress. No extra fee's, no delivery charge, straight exchange. My new mattress was less than the first so no I have an in store credit which is fair. Overall I was expecting the worst and came away with a VERY positive experience. The in store staff were (Joanne & Nick) were extremely helpful and friendly. Improved my ratings of them! Thank you Bad Boy!

Bad boy dooooon't Buy

Bought a bonded couch this is the second one as the first had quality issues. Just got the replacement one today even worse. To top it off all I ask for is my money back. This is manufacturing issues they have a poor choice in manufacturer and my family has to pay for it. PS talked to your CS just a joke. when you buy something or poor quality or damage you should have the option to get you money back. Never again MEL Never

furniture delivery

My daughter Lisa purchased about $3500 worth of furniture about a month ago. The Delivery men severely damaged the door frame and front door of the house. She was assured that day that repairs would be covered by Badboy. They advised by phone this week that due to fine print, they are not honouring their commitment. A guess a persons word means zero these days. The word will be spreading to boycott Badboy in Burlington and up here throughout Simcoe County
