LASTMAN”S BAD BOY Attitude is ignorant, rude, unprofessional, we purchased a Whirlpool Electric Range from Bad Boy in Barrie, ON they always try to forces you to pay more for extra warranty, we had a problem with them from the begging of our sale, the first time they delivered our stove it did not work, we called them to let them know that it did not work, the sales person was rude. Then they gave us a new stove after I had to let them know that costumer service SUCKS and I was going to report them we got a deliver a week later. Now the stove has an electric problem first some of the buttons do not work one by one and now my oven does not work. I called them and again I got

What could this company do to improve their services?
. Lastman should do a matter job at hiring there staff
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO THEM FOR ANY FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES they are not to be trusted. I also say THINK BEFORE YOU BUY WHIRLPOOL. I am now going to buy a stove from SEARS.
