I purchased a sectional with warranty, noticed the frame was broken so I called to report this ( customer care)they took my name and telephone number it was three weeks later so I decide to call back now the technician is on holidays customer care ensures me a technician is going to call me. Two weeks later still no call I call back and the customer care agent handling my claim is off and another agent ensures a call back the next day it's been countless calls to customer service, they have done nothing not even a call to let me know what's happening how does this happen when you purchase warranty. Im so unhappy that I choose to purchase my sectional at bad boy and I would recommend to shop else where with good customer care. It has been two months I have a broken frame to my sectional I hope this helps to make a big decision!
