I will NEVER use bad boy again. Everything we buy from them is crap. Latest is we bought a Maytag washing machine less than two years ago. We have had repair people in about 6 times since we got it. Here I am the sixth time being recently and I have not had a washer in almost two weeks. We had purchased the solid Gold warranty. Two repair men have been in, in two weeks. Neither one has submitted a report. I have a family of 5 and run a home daycare. You can imagine how much laundry I have. I keep having to drag everything to the laundromat. Here I am still without a fixed washer. I have spent a lot of $$ having to take my laundry elsewhere. My next call is to CBC for their marketplace show they run as well as consumer Canada and anywhere else that I can be heard!
