Scott as a sale rep and Jason who was the project manager. Both were very thorough and responsive throughout the entire project. Scott came by and took the time to explain why my roof was leaking and how critters were able to break in. The installers were on time and very diligent with their cleaning after the job was done. Highly recommended!

Avenue Road replaced my shingles last week and I was very satisfied with the result. Overall, I was vey impressed with their professionalism and focus on quality and customer service. From the initial consultation to scheduling to the actual work to the post installation inspection, everyone was focused on doing a quality job and meeting our needs. After a heavy rain the roof over our kitchen started leaking. We called Avenue Road Roofing. Over the years they have always proved dependable, friendly and efficient. Kaz and Joe came out on a holiday weekend and repaired the damaged flashing. They also replaced a dented roof vent and put silicone seal around the skylights. We have relied on Avenue Road Roofing over the years to do our roof and eavestroughs but also rebuild our veranda and back deck. We have never been disappointed. It is a company with excellent customer service, follow-up and great skilled employees like Kaz and Joe that you can trust. Thank you!

Signed a contract for a new roof last fall and they promised to take care of the roof it leaked. It did copiously. The first time they came the team did not bother to speak with me, nor refer to my diagram of where the leaks were. They did not get it right. The next day it rained again, and I needed my buckets again to catch rain on the inside! This time Kaz came and he spent 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon working solo on a windy roof, covering all the spots. As an added bonus he noticed that my solar skylight was not working because squirrels had chewed on it. IN a few days he was back with the new piece and had it installed in a jiffy.

The following Sunday, the roof leaked again in a different spot and Kaz was once again to the rescue. and remediated the situation. Thanks Kaz for your excellence in work and going the extra mile.

Great job and fair price on a complete redo of my eaves and gutter guards. Just took way longer to start the job than was promised. Happily all done before winter and the crew and staff could not have been nicer.

I had patch work done on tiles which came loose from a high wind and they came out quickly and were reasonable, a trusted Co and I would highly recommend them as professionals
