Kas and Joe from Avenue Road Roofing came to my house in the snow this week to help me deal with a leaky bathroom vent and a dislodged soffit panel. They were both very courteous (even humerous!), and completed the work quickly and competently. Kas even remembered me from a job he completed for me last summer. I would highly recommend this company and ask for them by name if I have any issues in the future! Great customer service, thanks guys.

With a bad wind storm through our neighborhood, we had a tree fall on our house causing lots of damage to the flat roof of my house and semi detached neighbor. The flat roof was originally installed by Avenue Road Roofing about 12 years ago and had lots of years yet in its life. At at same time, it needed extensive repairs to handle the storm damage.
From my insurance company, I had a choice to have their installers fix the roof , or to bring in who I felt would best handle the work.

Once again I called for the repair service of Avenue Road Roofing to handle the damage issues from the storm.
The flat roofers, Jason and Zack , tended to the damage inspite of cold winter weather. They were both courteous and informative as to the scope of work. They demonstrated an honest caring attitude to ensure all the damage was totally handled.
My attached neighbor's roof was also repaired by them. Many times she praised the work of the roofers and also on my advising her that we should bring in the Avenue Road Roofing crew.

To finish up, another crew from the same company came in to repair the damaged roof edge metal work ( Kas, Joe, Tony). Similarly the work was thorough and fast even though it was done on a cold winter day. The timing and scheduling of the job was perfect as I wanted to ensure all areas were secured before the coming of winter storms.

I would definitely call in these professionals again when needed and would recommend Avenue Road Roofing to anyone who is looking for a dependable company who has competent and skilled people to take care of the smallest of details and get the job done right. When I first hired Avenue Road Roofing to replace my roof and eavestroughs, I soon realized, that I chose one of the very best roofing companies.
From the first charming and knowledgeable contact, in the person of Matthew, to the closer , by the name of Kas and everyone in between, Jason, Tony and Uziel and his crew, are very competent and caring people. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

The work performed by Avenue Road Roofing and Avenue Road Masonry (for the chimney) was excellent. We appreciate Tony's metal work which was first rate. Sorting out arrangements between our insurance and ARR was challenging, but we were left very happy with the results.

Clean, neat work. Followed up and came back to fine tune downspout. Thanks to Aron, Jason, Tony and their associates for helping us to keep our home in good repair.

We had our roof and eavestroughs replaced by Avenue Road Roofing this summer. They clearly excel in both of these areas. The finished product looks amazing and Tony and Kas ensured that it was done to our high expectations. The installation of the eavestroughs and downspouts was incredible, we had a very complicated multi-level roof line due to additions to our home and they improved on the design for the install and were able to hide several downspouts that had always detracted from the look of the front of our home; Trevor had devised the original plan and then during the install they tweeked it to make it even better. We also had our chimney rebuilt by the masonry team, the tuck pointing and selection of materials was top notch.

Avenue Road Roofing recently solved a tricky downspout drainage problem at my neighbour's house which also affected my home. That's why I went to them when I wanted to do some downspout work at my house. It was definitely not a handy-man job and I needed experienced help. It was a good decision. Avenue Road Roofing staff Tony & Dwight were able to devise a way to deal with the situation that worked very well and also installed the new pipes it very quickly. I am very pleased with the result. These guys were realistic about timelines and cost of the project. Very professional and precise. Tony came back multiple times to ensure that everything was falling into place properly, they had a few guys come out over the weekend to ensure that things were done before a rainstorm, and Jason followed up regularly with requests, questions, and updates on their side about the projects. Couldn't have asked for better, transparent service.

From beginning to end, Avenue Road Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. We had requested quotes from four other vendors and just weren't thrilled with any of them, and then a friend suggested this group. They were not the cheapest, but they had the best customer service, were very open and transparent about their costs, did what they promised, cleaned up after themselves, and checked in with us throughout the process. They truly were excellent.
