After my mother and I had a leak through our deteriorated roof and skylight flashing, Matthew, Viktor and other team members of Avenue Road Roofing did an excellent job in giving us a new roof, with thick high-quality shingles, a shield against water and ice, a high-quality skylight with an excellent warranty against leaks, and a ridge vent to improve our attic ventilation and increase the lifespan of our roof. Before, we had only a few small vents on our relatively large roof. We did not know that our attic had insufficient ventilation and that that was contributing to our roof deterioration and roof-damaging ice-damming every winter. Matthew educated us about different venting options, and it is thanks to his good advice and Avenue Road Roofing's excellent work, that we now have a much better ridge venting system on our roof. A good roof protects the whole home. Matthew, Ed, and Viktor of Avenue Road Roofing showed a high level of professionalism and answered all our questions. Matthew, moreover, provided us with a detailed scope of work. Thanks to Avenue Road Roofing's fine work, we can now have a peace of mind for years to come.

Our garage roof had a drainage problem. I called Avenue Road. Someone recommended them years ago, saying, “Get it done right the first time.” The estimator wrote a concise contract and answered all questions, promptly returning emails. The work crew was efficient and when the consultant came round promptly to check on a query I had, he gave expert advice and promptly fixed the problem. These guys know their stuff!

Avenue Road roofing replaced my shingles on the entire house 3 years ago. I noticed a leak this past weekend, which I thought could have been coming from the roof. I called avenue road roofing after hours and Kathleen helped me out which was a refreshing change for most service companies. She was excellent as she sent out the crew on Monday. Kas and Joe showed up at my house on time as promised. They were very courteous, and had a super positive attitude. Their explanation of what they were looking for was excellent. They diagnosed that the leak wasn't coming from the roof at all? They still attempted to repair the problem for me with some caulking, which I believe has don't the trick! They didn't charge me for the material or their time. Obviously caulking isn't very expensive, however time is, and they took their time, they were patient with me and the repair they performed! Honestly, this was one of the best service/warranty experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend Avenue Road roofing , Kathlene, Kas, and Joe anytime. The repair and follow up was done very professionally. Mr. Delsole and the rest of the team worked hard to get the job done 100%.
Very satisfied with the work and the cost was reasonable.

Avenue Road Roofing is a great company to deal with. I can not say anything bad about them. All the guys were great and the project was done as expected. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company. They are a little bit expensive but it is worthy when I get the peace of mind that the job is to be done at reasonable time and good quality.

They cost significantly more than their competitors, but deliver peace of mind. Scheduling was clear, workers were good and tidy, prompt follow up on and questions or concerns, and overall you get there feeling that they’re not cutting any corners. For busy people, it’s particularly good cause you’re not worried about spending much of your own time following/checking up; they’re pretty good at working with your needs and schedule. Their carpentry work is also very good, you don’t have to worry that something looks “repaired”.

Roof work was good and I have been satisfied with it.
Eavestrough work not very good. Repair did not resolve issue and I am still dealing with it. New eavestrough work functions but ascetically not great.

I highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing. They completed independent jobs on our home, inclusive of a flat roof, shingle siding and soffits and fascia.....our home is now pretty much maintenance free! They did an awesome job...…..would definitely recommend them. We had one small quality issue and they immediately jumped all over it, no questions asked.

The installation team were fast and did a very good job on the outside cleanup leaving no mess. The new skylight fits as expected and now no more leaks. The team leader was courteous and friendy; he was very helpful in advising me to cover the area below the skylight to catch any debris such as small pieces of drywall and plaster from removing the old skylight. Great idea that made my indoor cleanup super easy.

Last week Vali from Avenue Road Roofing installed a new vinyl ceiling in the front porch. It looked like an excellent job with very good clean up by a very skilled workman. A few days later supervisor Tony Sario came by to inspect the job and could see improvements. He proceeded to replace molding around the bay window which is even better. I had not complained as it looked great but Tony replaced it any way. Thank you so much for the professional follow up from Avenue Road Roofing.
