Good first impression. Strong sales force. Caution urged when confirming details regarding dates, times, and materials used. Follow up once job is complete for revisions/repairs less than stellar. Overall I give them a 4 our of 5 as they did what they said they would do, but little else and although mistakes were made and repairs slow to respond...in the end I was satisfied. Nice that the warranty is transferrable too.
