As an Interior Decorator, working in the industry for over ten years, I have worked with many contractors on home renovation projects. I have had the opportunity to work with Chad and Mark Attard on many projects over the last seven years. They are without question, the best contracting company I have worked with. They work closely with our design team to ensure that the work is done to the highest quality standards. They are both committed to excellence from all their trades people. In May 2010, Attard Construction completed our kitchen and family room renovation.
We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and adherance to our budget. We were especially happy with the fact that Chad's presence on site and initial milestones and completion dates were all met.

We chose Chad due to his attention to detail in the budgeting process and we were pleased with how he kept the project on time and on budget. It was nice to be dealing with one of the owners of the business instead of construction team #20. He and his workers were also great with our kids which was an added bonus. Despite the project being finished a while ago he is still great about attending to the small things that really show his high levels of customer service.

We are exptremely pleased with the exceptional work done by Mr. Chad Attard and the team of wokers that he hires. Quality of work is superb. His designer Ms. Liz Metcalfe is a joy to work with. Together they provide good suggestions and ideas and pay a lot of attention to details. Chad is a reliable contractor and works with special materials to enhance the beauty of the product that he installs. Give at least extra two to four weeks to finish the project as he is a busy contractor with many projects.

Mark and Chad Attard bring the sophistication of a large firm together with the service level and attention to detail of a family business. We have had three projects in all performed by Attard Construction, and have been very happy each time. They have been creative in solving problems, made very useful suggestions as they went along and generally did a first rate job. They were on time and on budget for each project. Timely work with no suprises. A hidden strength is that they focus on our neighbouhood, and are always in the area to follow up after the project is complete, which they have done for us.
