Aquaseal Basement Waterproofing Contracting Ontario

In November 2016 we called aquaseal for leak in the basement. Within hour Pierre arrived and assessed the problem. 7 rod holes were leaking . He sealed them up and have had no problems since. Recently called him out for same problem on a different area of basement. Very pleased with his services. Would recommend aquaseal for any basement leaks

Constant water leakage during spring thaw and rainy days into our rec room. Aquaseal dug up side of house, fixed weeping tiles, put a seal on the wall. No water in rec room since.

Oshawa Aquaseal was very professional in their approach to the following jobs carried out at my home:
1. Install cold cellar wall treatment & underfloor drain system.
2. Basement 5" ABS septic pipe through poured concrete wall sealed with Aquagrout.
3. Two foundation wall settlement cracks repaired with epoxy injection.
4. Exterior caulking done on front porch, base of the man door, garage doors, window bases, base of fire place exterior brick veneer and ( fireplace venting replaced ).
5. Excavated outside at septic projection approx 6 Ft deep, and repair damaged ABS septic pipe from outside.

They came over to my house to look at the cracks I had in my foundation and show me the options that were available for leak prevention. They provided cost estimates and were very thorough in their approach to the work. They did an excellent job and finished it to our satisfaction while also cleaning up very well.

Everything was explained to me in detail and I knew what to expect. Oshawa Aquaseal's pricing was not the cheapest but the efficiency and quality of their work was well worth it in the end. I would highly recommend them.

Oshawa Aqua seal was very easy to talk too. They provided me information over the phone, they came over to my house to look at the cracks I had in my foundation and show me the options that were available for leak prevention. Oshawa guys were very fast at setting up an appointment as I was scheduled to have other work done and didn't have much time.

They were able to pull in some more guys to complete the job in time and cleaned up everything they had worked on. The great thing is is that everything was explained to me in detail and I knew what to expect. The guys also made sure that they put sheets down so that flooring wouldn't get walked on.

Oshawa Aqua seal was great with their pricing and ended up being a lot cheaper than the previous quote I got from a different big company in the area who tried to upsell me..

I'd rather not put actual cost..this should not be a mandatory field

This winter we had a lot of water leaking into our furnace room and crawl space. I called Pierre and he came over right away. He gave me a quote and I hired him. It only took them 2 days to dig a trench in our driveway and completely seal the foundation and back fill. Because the job had to be done in the winter, Pierre has offered to come back in the spring to smooth out the back fill before we have the driveway patched.
Pierre and his men are very quick and professional workers. They don't waste time with trivialities and stay with the job until it is done to your satisfaction.
I will be calling them again to have some more work done on the other side of the house.

I had a crack that ran the full height of the stem wall. Easy enough except that it ran on the wall where my stairs are and the stringer was butt up against it. I went online and did a search for foundation repair and AquaSeal was the first hit. It has become a habit to look at reviews of whatever I am looking to spend money on and after reading reviews on google reviews and homestars I gave Pierre a call. I got lucky and caught him and his team on the way back from another job that was nearby. I gave him a real vague description of the job I needed done and from that he assessed it(estimated time and material), priced it and then asked if I wanted it completed within the next hour!!! I have never had work done that did not require waiting days for someone to come and assess a job then waiting a month, with no set date, for the job to be done. So 15 minutes later he arrives, sets up his work area and goes to work. The issue I mentioned at the start of this post with the stringer seemed to be no issue at all for him. Another noteable observation was he had his assistant clean up and take out gear he no longer needed during the job which shows professionalism. I believe he was just over an hour in and out, did a solid job with a 25 year warranty. Thank you for the great job. Definitely Recommend Pierre and will not think twice about using him again.

We live in a 35 year old house. There were 2 small cracks in the foundation that leaked water when we got rain or snow melting. I called Aquaseal to come in and patch both cracks. They responded very quickly, came to our house on the date and time agreed upon (in fact a littler earlier). Repaired the cracks and were gone in a few hours.
