When looking to have a frameless glass shower enclosure installed we reached out to four different companies for quotes and ideas. All four quotes were all within a couple of hundred dollars of each other but Apex Glass and Mirror stood out and were by far the most helpful and friendly.

I attended the showroom and was helped by a lovely female who explained the entire process in great detail and was very helpful with her suggestions and recommendations.

When Bryan came to our house to measure, he was super friendly and took the time to explain the installation process. He was also super helpful in giving us ideas and suggestions for the hardware and where we should place them on the glass.

Installation took about half a day and went off with out any issues. The crew were super friendly and they took the time to walk us through the entire process and how to maintain the glass going forward.

I ordered a custom shower door about 24 inches in width. Was delivered a great product installed by professionals. The price of the door was in line with many options available in the big box stores, however, it surpassed those products in terms of quality and no effort to install on my part.

Outstanding professional workmanship, the repair on the Glass Shower is nearly better the the original installation 20 years ago. Both of the service technicians also showed respect to my home and respected the requirements of Covid-19.

Apex did an outstanding job of precisely measuring and installing our custom shower glass and it looks stunning - and we are picky - but that's not the full story. After running into issues with our pricey porcelain tile (not Apex's fault), they worked with us and the tile company to correct the problem and saw everything through to completion before taking payment. Very clear that they take pride in their work. Thanks to Apex and Bryan for a great job! Highly recommended.

The team of Bryan and Stephanie made it super easy, helping us replace a broken piece of garage door glass. Friendly and knowledgeable, they cut the replacement glass to fit and did it all right away. Within an hour of our initial phone inquiry, the glass was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service!

Apex Glass was hired to install a frameless glass shower. There were issues with the caulking immediately (very thick and unsightly), and they brought the wrong hardware for the shower door. They redid part of the caulking that was initially problematic. Within a year the seal had started to break down everywhere. Two years later, the seal is broken all around, there is black mould growing and water gets through. Many of the small glass support pieces have come out through attempts to clean under the caulking. When the company was contacted under warranty, they wanted to charge for redoing the caulking. When you pay for things to be built brand-new, you expect them to last for more than a year!
I’m not sure their method for the frameless shower is the best due to the reliance on caulking to fill a large gap between the glass and the walls. Friends of mine with frameless showers haven’t had issues like this even in a 5-10 year time frame. It’s honestly a nightmare!

Apex Glass was the perfect company to work with to replace our shower enclosure - they were professional in every aspect from the measurements to the installation. After the installation they cleaned everything up and we could not be happier with the final product!
