Amazing Window Fashions

We're glad we chose Amazing Windows after reading the reviews here. Our polywood shutters really make the kitchen and den look amazing! The den was recently renovated and we wanted a clean fresh look to go with the room. Just love it now. The kitchen has a sliding door to the back and two side windows. The shutters look great and we couldn't be happier with Alex and the crew.

Alon came and gave me a very competitive quote. He displayed confidence in his product. I requested that they do the job. Alex came to install 3 weeks later. The shutters look beautiful. They really compliment my Victorian home. They look like they have been there forever. One small issue in main bath, but they have advised it will get rectified.

Both Alon and Alex provided exceptional, professional and knowledgeable service. Our shutters look fantastic and we would definitely recommend them to everyone we know. They have been great from the moment we walked into their showroom to the moment that they completed their work.

Overall we had a good experience with Amazing Windows. The shutters are very high quality and the quality is evident in their appearance. The material has the solidity and weight of wood with the low maintenance finish of vinyl. I am also looking forward to seeing the savings in energy from the insulating effects of the shutters.

Alex and his father came for the installation. They did a great job. They were a little late but once they arrived they got everything installed quickly and made no mess. I also appreciated the care they showed in bringing their own "indoor shoes" for the installation.

Overall my wife and I were happy with the service and the product. I am thinking of calling the company back to install more shutters in other rooms when we are ready to make the investment. Amazing Windows proved to be a trustworthy, reliable family-owned company with a superior product.

We've called Alex on 2 separate occassions, both times for their high quality Polywood Shutters. Each time the work was delivered on time and installed very professionaly. Alex and his crew were very patient with us and made two trips to our home so that we could review our colour choice for our second installation. We won't hesitate to call them again for future window treatments as they are very knowledgeable and work hard to please their clientele.

I went online looking for a reputable company for Shutters and Blinds and I found Amazing Window Fashions. I called and got a live person right away who set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived ontime and showed me a selection of diverse ideas to choose from. They were knowledgable about their product and offered good advice. They assured me that my Shutters and Blinds would be ready between 3-4 weeks and they were ready in 3 weeks. They came to the house installed 2 Shutters and 2 Blinds in an hour and did not make any mess. The installers and sales rep were very friendly. I would recommend this family owned business for all your window covering needs.

Firt meeting Alex in the show room and later at our house he came across a bit cocky, but in a pleasant manner. We were impressed with the product and liked his presentation.
The installation is where he really proved himself. One of the three sets of shutters did not fit the window. He checked his paper work and realized he had made a mistake measuring the window. That is where we were really impressed as he took responsibility and did not try to blame the manufacturer. That is also where he walked the walk. He took the shutter apart, borrowed my mitre saw and modified the shutter on the spot. The shutters have impressed everyone that has seen them and they make an amazing difference to the appearance and also protect our furniture etc from the harsh southern exposure. They reduce the heat in the summer and we expect will save heat in the winter. Great work Alex.

Alex was referred to me through a work colleague after I had seen the shutters in his home and commented how good they looked.
Alex came over for our estimate at the time he said would (puntual) was courteous and in a matter of 30-minutes we were doing business. The shutters arrived in the time frame he said they would and he and his colleague installed them when he said he would and with minimal intrusion into our home.
So it was a pleasant experience and great service - I am happy to recommend Alex and Amazing Shutters.
