Ryan was wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain every detail and delivered exactly as promised. I am very happy with the service and most happy with the price. He gave me a fair price right from the start and there was zero pressure from me to negotiate. Great install, although double check the installers workmanship as I had some simple caulking deficiencies around one window. Not bad at all.

I have lived in my home for 12 years and it took that long to decide on what window coverings to place in my living room dining room. While the rest of the home was completed this room has always been a bit of a mystery, as I was never sure what to do with it. Along came a referral for Allure/ Ryan Mucci and it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with my blinds and while it took 12 years, it was worth the wait. Without a doubt I will be referring Allure/Ryan Mucci for those in need of window coverings.

Allure provided fast, efficient service, both in quoting the project and installing the shutters once we had chosen them as a supplier. Initially, their installers had measured our kitchen window without putting in tolerance for a small lip in the window pane so the shutters installed in the kitchen were a bit off. They promptly rectified the situation in a matter of a week's time, with new parts and installation. Our house looks so much more modern with the new shutters! Thanks, Allure!

It was an absolute pleasure to have our shutters installed by Ryan and his team. The entire process was painless and quick, having experienced first hand how painful it is to purchase shutters from a big box store (Home Depot) and having to wait over 7 months for the entire process to be completed I only wish I had thought of using a private company to begin with.

We recently moved into a new house and had to outfit all the windows. I heard great reviews for Allure Windows and decided to get a quote from them. The quote was quite reasonable and the consultation provided by Sal was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the various products the company offered and gave very useful insight on what products fit best for each room in the house, based on how we planned to use each room.

Initially, the Roman shades I had ordered did not appeal to us because it appeared a bit wrinkled on the seams. The wrinkles created gaps between the windows and the shades so the room wasn't dark enough for a nursery. I informed Sal of the problem and he was very understanding and took it back. Instead of just taking it apart to add a blackout backing, he suggested re-doing it from scratch to make it wider so less light would come in. He also took the other Roman shades from the other room (all 5 panels!) to iron them as flat as possible. They turned out fantastic!

The faux wood blinds and roller shades were great. The quality and installation were great.

Ryan and the Allure team did a great job on our first set of windows last year, so we had them come in to finish the rest of the house. They fitted and installed shutters throughout the rest of the house and the result is, again, fantastic. Very helpful and efficient sales, not pushy at all, and another great installation team got the job done quickly. Work was very clean, the guys were super friendly and they did a good job installing despite some crooked window frames (our house is 100+ years). Allure has installed custom shutters and blinds on all of our windows now, so we are very pleased to recommend them to others.
