Advanced Plumbing

Of course my drain backs up in the middle of a pandemic! Advanced Plumbing were able to arrange an appointment for me very quickly. I was truly grateful that George was so respectful of social distancing measures. We both wore masks, he wore gloves and always kept a safe distance. It made us feel very safe as we have a toddler and haven’t had any visitors in the house in months.
He was able to get us up and running again and provided a quote the next day to fix the line permanently. I will write another review when the bigger job is complete. These guys are the best!

After having various contractors try to fix both my kitchen and laundry room sinks, I finally called Advance Plumbing. George came out to assess the next day and three days later came back and fixed both (and brought a 2nd plumber with him to expedite the repairs quickly!). Both men were friendly, engaging and wore masks during the entire process.

Called Advanced Plumbing to fix a flooded basement last August and was very satisfied with their fast and pleasant customer service from start to finish.

This time around we did not hesitate to call them and once again, their customer service was flawless.
They were quick to respond to the emergency, patient in explaining the issue, and were consistently pleasant to deal with in an otherwise stressful time.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I trust their workmanship and they will be the first ones I call for future plumbing needs.

Our experience with Advanced Plumbing as been great! I've had their team out several times to fix various issues, and they have always provided excellent service, responding quickly and efficiently to requests. They are reasonably priced. Most of my interactions have been with George who has always fixed the problem quickly and easily, and is also just a really nice guy. Overall I would definitely recommend George and the Advanced Plumbing team!

I had a blocked toilet drain.
I phoned and an estimate provided over phone.
The plumber came when they said they would and the work was completed and I was charged the same price as the estimate

In the age of covid 19, having anyone in the house is scary. But the plumber was courteous and very efficient. Cleaned up after. I had a leak in my upstairs bath tub. Apparently the seal was cracked. Either way, good job and I would use them again. I went by good reviews and he didn’t disappoint

Called Advanced plumbing off of the reviews posted on Google and i wasn't disappointed. Both Greg and Andre were extremely pleasant to deal with and Greg made sure he sent someone to my place within half an hour of having the city shut off the water. The work was done professionally and pricing was fair. Great company.

They were helpful and patient on the phone, then really nice and did the job well. They took out the old broken water heater to return it for me and installed the new one. The stress of no hot water was taken care of efficiently. Thank you!

Greg and Andre were absolutely stellar. They were empathetic, patient, friendly, efficient, clean. As a first time home owner, some things remain a mystery...plumbing being one of them. We had water coming up from our basement drain. Greg took the time to show us what was happening in our pipes under ground in real time as he was doing his analysis. His enjoyment at finding a solution to our problem was infectious. They are genuinely curious and absolutely love their work. Any plumbing issues, they are the first call to make.

Thanks to Greg and his team for the excellent service they provided us in replacing our shower fixtures. It would have taken the original manufacturer months to send a replacement part, but the Advanced Plumbing team gave us a new fixture in a matter of days. They were always prompt in their communication and transparent in pricing. All of the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
