Abs Movers & Storage

The movers were punctual, careful, professional, and nice. I will recommend them highly to friends that need moving services. They were paid hourly and worked very hard to get the job done in as little time as possible, all while being very careful with our stuff.

ABS movers were there on time. Service was impeccable. They really took extra care with my personal belongings. They covered any delicate item. They were very polite efficient and fast. I would recommend anytime.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They were very aggressive, telling me to 'f**k off' when I asked them to put something on the floor or to wear booties and not dirty my white carpets. Even called the owner about this, he did not care at all about the situation. I could not believe these people and how rude and aggressive they were. Even one of the workers told me in private that I did nothing wrong and that they are just a very bad company to deal with. Be warned, you do NOT want these people to come to your house! They are extremely aggressive and don't care about you in any way nor your belongings.

I was moving all my posessions into storage, sadly becoming homeless. I told the mover that. The move it self went very well, nice guys, fast efficient.Wrapped my stuff for the move. The only bad thing was at the end when paying Basil knew I was now homeless and hit me up for a tip equivalent to an hours wage. I did not have the money plus I helped with the move. I could only afford a $38 tip and he still asked for $2 more so they could split the tip evenly. So not cool to guilt, nickle and dime a now homeless woman. I was pissed. It ruined an otherwise "good experieince". Even when booking the move and I admitted it was an eviction the price was lowered by Paul from the advertised price which was very kind, only then to have been charged $20 for packing tape and hit up for a tip. Smarmy to say the least but otherwise good. The work was good but the last minute greed was ugly.

I have used ABS Movers 3 times now and every time they have been fantastic. They showed up on time and went right to work and you can tell they know what they are doing. The staff is so friendly and polite and they really try to make a stressful time less stressful. They even try to make it as quick as possible so you don't go over the minimum time to save money. I have moved many times and have had many bad experiences in the past but by far ABS Movers is the best in my opinion which is why I have used them the last 3 times. When my movers didn't show up, I was panicked. I called ABS movers out of the blue and although it was late on a Sunday, the owner Paul literally bent over backwards to send movers to my place. The movers, Mo and Basit, were very friendly and efficient, even though they were tired and it was their last move of the day. The price was exactly as quoted and Paul even called me once the move was finished to ensure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommended, I will definitely use them again in the future.

I used ABS Movers to move out, store my goods for 10 months and then move back in. Not only did they do a great job, nothing was damaged, but they were easy to deal with. They accomodated a number of different changes that we made and were very courteous. I would use them again and would recommend them.

I used them two seperate occasions. It was a couple of years ago so I can't remember the exact amounts of what I paid, but I will be using them again soon. I remember that the price agreed to was the final price paid. One of the guys metioned before the move started that most people if satisfied give them a tip. I was taken back by that a little, I did intend to tip them any ways, but I didn't expect someone to ask for a tip. None the less it was a minor thing. They were on time and professional, asking if I wanted certain things in specific rooms because they were not labled. They put everything in the truck properly.
As for the person complaining they did not take of their shoes...is he for real? That would jeopordize their saftey, and I hope no one expects this. Buddy, go buy some paper rolls like most normal people do to protect the floors. And as for looking scruffy, since when did apperance trump ability? Did you expect them to show up in tuxedos?
