I used them two seperate occasions. It was a couple of years ago so I can't remember the exact amounts of what I paid, but I will be using them again soon. I remember that the price agreed to was the final price paid. One of the guys metioned before the move started that most people if satisfied give them a tip. I was taken back by that a little, I did intend to tip them any ways, but I didn't expect someone to ask for a tip. None the less it was a minor thing. They were on time and professional, asking if I wanted certain things in specific rooms because they were not labled. They put everything in the truck properly.
As for the person complaining they did not take of their shoes...is he for real? That would jeopordize their saftey, and I hope no one expects this. Buddy, go buy some paper rolls like most normal people do to protect the floors. And as for looking scruffy, since when did apperance trump ability? Did you expect them to show up in tuxedos?
