We needed to replace our air conditioner and furnace due to other renovation plans. A1 worked with our schedule. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation is excellent - clean looking, and was done in less time than expected.

We often look on HomeStars for our contractors and I came across A1. I admit I called another company prior to them as their sticker was on the furnace already but they told me they can't come for a quick tune up until the end of November....

I contacted A1 and they were quick and friendly. I had to cancel the first appt due to an obligation that came up the next day and they changed it without any hesitation.

The guy who showed up was quick and efficient and was about making sure my furnace was working well and not about trying to up sell products. Way to go, some people come in and try to tell you about every thing other than what they're there to do.

I would recommend A1 to anyone that asks!

We have been with A1 for many years using their excellent maintenance program. They informed me that my furnace is 25 years old and may cause me future problems. We decided to install a new Lennox high efficiency furnace. Their instillation was fast and well caried out with lots of technical support.

My furnace would not work above 62 degrees. MikeB from A1 figured out what the problem was, fixed it and also made sure that the furnace was running properly before he left. I and other family members have dealt with A1 for well over 20+ years. When we have an issue or just need the annual inspection completed our preferred technician by far is MikeB. He is professional, courteous, knows his stuff and does a great job. He is also always respectful that he is working in someone else's home.

Technician came at the scheduled time. He was efficient in his inspection, friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the functioning of our furnace and humidifier and air filter. We have used A-One for 12 years and will continue to use them for our heating/air conditioning needs.

Got a Furance in 2010 and it's been great! Love the warrenty services they offer. Never had a bad experience thus far, only bad thing is the price of the yearly service, would be nice if they included a Furance filter. #82181
