Called yesterday at 3.30 for service technician came the next morning at 9-o-clock found the problem in short order.
The technician is very knowledgeable, and very courteous.
Will recommend A1 to any one who needs there services.

Air conditioner failed to work at all. Called A1 service who came and diagnosed freon leak same day. Called their sales dept who came out very quickly and set installation time. Installation happened on schedule and in 2 hour time frame.

My ac was acting up fan not turning on, system stopping on and off, and finally yesterday no cold air at all (of course). I called a few places, but A1 was the only company that tried to come see me today. Appointment was from 1pm to 5pm, so I was really happy to see Matt show up around 1:30pm. He pretty much knew that it was the compressor and had to go get the part which he did right away. Came back cleaned the ac replaced the part and voila cold air is working and all is right again! Matt is a terrific gentleman, extremely polite, pleasant and professional,not to mention he fixed the ac very quickly and checked the rest of the unit to make sure all was well. I really appreciate a company that I have never used before (but will again) came to my rescue with same day service. I rarely give full scores but A1 Air deserves it.

Had great A/C service today from Mike B today. He was very thorough and offered a lot of helpful advice. We had our A/C unit installed by A1 9 years ago and we have yearly furnace and A/C service from A1. Always have great service from them, they are always courteous and thoughtful and treat my home like it is theirs. I highly recommend!

The service was excellent, from the salesman who came to my house, the installers, and the girls in the office. Everyone gave good advice and the products are excellent. I have dealt with this company for over 17 years, and I would not use anyone else. They are honest, do not push you into buying anything you don't want and clean up before they leave. They let you know if there are any rebates. Thanks for a great job.

We moved into our Watertown house about nine months ago. We knew the furnace and air conditioner were about 20 years old but we thought we could get a little more time out of them. The air conditioner died two weeks after moving in. We waited until May to call A-1. Upon inspection, the furnace was red-tagged. We replaced both furnace and air conditioner. All five people that we dealt with from A-1 (original inspector, sales person, two installers, follow-up inspector) were courteous and helpful.

I had a Daikin DM96VE0603BNAA furnace and DX16SA0241AA air conditioner installed by A1 Air Conditioning & Heating. The company representative Gord was very patient with all of my questions and gave good answers. They came when they said they would come and worked very hard. It was a very full days work.
The systems have been in for a few weeks. The furnace works good and is quiet. Same for the air conditioner which I have only used for a few days but it is quiet and is working well. I would strongly recommend this company.
