A1 Air Conditioning & Heating

My wife and I both sent requests to A1 for quotes - for a new Lennox HF furnace. That was back at the beginning of September 2016. To-date A1 has never gotten back to us. We were customers with A1 for the purchase of our previous Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner, so we were not strangers to that company. You would have thought that they would not have had the decency to respond to our requests. We also requested a quote with another company in Burlington who were more than appreciative to sit with us and discuss a Lennox purchase. Within 1 week that company came in and installed the furnace. Shame on A1.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the A-1 technician John who was very courteous, prompt and friendly. He checked my furnace for the annual check up and also installed a new thermostat. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this service to anyone.#81310

My number is #81907. Technician was on time and went about his work quickly and efficiently. He identified issues with some pieces of the equipment and went about correcting them. He had to replace a blower motor and did a thorough cleaning. When done he gave a complete rundown of everything he did.

On the first cold evening of the 2016 fall season and need for central heating, I turned on our thermostat control. I was startled to find no heat being produced by our furnace despite its pre-season inspection and testing of just one month ago. I called the A1 after-hours response phone number and was delighted when technician "John D" agreed to make a service call that evening. A faulty circuit board was identified and replaced with normal heating function restored. I am very pleased with the service and reassurance that a Service Plan with A1 affords! Thank you A1. As we have a maintenance plan with A1 there was no cost to us. We have 2 homes and would not think of using anyone other than A1. Service is amazing and they are always punctual. We know we can reply on them thoroughly checking our furnace or air conditioner to ensure they are running well. We have purchased all our air conditioners and furnaces from A1 and price and professional service from salesmen is always excellent.
