A large, deep pile area rug in my daughter's bedroom needed an emergency clean after one of our dogs did his business. Toronto Steam N Clean was the first to respond to the enquiries I sent out. I hired them to clean a badly stained area rug. They cleaned it twice because they weren't satisfied after first cleaning. They then contacted me to suggest additional services at an added cost. I declined the additional service. The carpet came back much cleaner though some stains remained. However, we never expected that all the stains could be removed.

Great job! The team was prompt and efficient, and was able to clean a few unknown stains from my carpets. Definitely saved me a lot of money by not having to replace the carpet!

What a great company, super professional from the initial booking to the cleaning to the follow up. Never had expected this level of service but am glad I found these guys. We have a huge sectional in our basement that has seen its fair share of spills. John and his helper were friendly and did a great job at making our couch look almost new. I have signed up for the annual service.

I was very concerned with having anyone into our new home because of the covid 19 pandemic. Unfortunately due to the condition of our house we had no choice but to get someone in before laying out our furniture so I reached out to this company. I was concerned about having technicians in my home but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone assured me they were taking extra precautions and listed all the things they’re doing to make sure we stay safe. I was comfortable booking and when the guys came in the following day they had their masks on, gloves on, and boot covers. They also covered the floors where they ran the hoses in from the truck. The technicians were super friendly and advised along the way, even helping my husband move a couple of small items.

I am thrilled at how good my carpets look and most importantly peace of mind knowing everything is sanitizer and ready for my kids is a big relief. I will happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional steam cleaning company and not wanting to deal with a random one guy operation.
