Brock windows did a great job, from the first meeting to the final day we were very satisfied with the work that was done. I have recommended them to people in our neighborhood as they come by and complement the windows.

Had all Basement windows, sliding door & kitchen windows main floor done. Were are very very happy customer. Perfect job. I visited the Brock windows showroom in Whitby to consult regarding purchase and install of a Bow window in the front of my house.

Service was prompt, the windows are of good quality.

A sales tech came to the house, measured up, the job was scheduled and completed roughly a month later. From start to end the interaction took roughly a month and a half, which is very good.

The work to install the window was very good, acutally saved me money by reusing my existing sill. Normally a window company will remove the sill regarless of condition, which takes more time more material and more money.

If you are thinking of using Brock for your windows, I would recomend them to anyone.

I recently had 3 windows replaced in my home my Brock windows. The initial consultation was great. They had wonderful suggestions on the type of windows I should get. Specifically my bathroom window, which is quite large, and they suggested an awning type of window with privacy glass. Awesome suggestion and glad we went with it. It took a long time to get the physical windows, but I think due to the unique size of each of our windows it took time to customize them. Installation was smooth and complete. Before the installers started they reminded me of the dust, so I was sure to cover everything in the various rooms. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and the final product and would recommend you get a quote from them first before looking elsewhere for your windows.
