The problems required repair / replacement of the bathroom subfloor as well as repairs and pipe replacement inside walls on the first floor. Despite all this Nikolai maintained excellent humour throughout the entire job and the quality of the work done was excellent. When sub-trades were on site, Nikolai was careful to follow-up on their performance with us as well as to check on the work. We also found Nikolai's input on design decisions very helpful.
